Upscale bug?

Not sure if this a bug or a "I don't know how to use it" thing.

I'm investigating the Upscale tab. I'm assuming it is working (is it?)

I go to the Upscalers selection button and pick the only option other than "None" which is Lanczos.

I then press the update list button and I get a window with the following script error:

This is the bottom of it:

I also get a similar error if I press the Apply Upscaler button.

Any of this look like an error or is the Upscaler tab just not working currently?

Upscaling is removed for the next release, will add it back in afterwards
