In section 3.8.4 https://www.w3.org/TR/alreq/#h_Arabic_number_in_other_uses To mention that Arabic may use vulgar fractions, and put an image like $arabicvulgarfraction$ (one half) or $arabicvulgarfraction3$ (four fifth of three)
