• Created .github/workflows/README.md to document the workflow, including prerequisites, setup instructions for secrets, step-by-step process, troubleshooting, and version management. This documentation is bilingual (Chinese/English) for broader accessibility.

Documentation Improvements

• Completely rewrote README.md to provide a detailed overview of the project, including new badges, feature highlights, platform support, installation and usage instructions, configuration options (both via UI and manual file creation), troubleshooting, and contribution guidelines. The README now better guides users through setup and common problems, and explains the new automated build process.

• Added sections in README.md for disclaimer, acknowledgements, license, and how to support the project, improving professionalism and clarity for users and contributors.

Integration and Reference

• The new workflow and documentation are tightly integrated, with cross-references between the workflow file and the README to ensure users can easily find build and release instructions. [1] [2] [3]
