Content cut off via drag-in

Hi,

I noticed a bug by accident - if you drag-in a file over a smaller one, the content will get cut off.

For example: A: txt with string "1234". B: random javascript file.

Open A. Drag B onto the notepad window. B's content cut off at the 4th character (likely corresponding to the string length in A)

This bug seems to be related to the file size of the previous file - it doesn't seem to occur in a freshly opened notepad.

Please consider this bug semi-urgent because it can cause data loss by accident. I just noticed a 1h30m movie subtitle I've been working on for a week was cut off at 4 minutes - I must have saved somehow when I have it opened. (Thank goodness a previous version recovery was successful.)

I used the 64 bit version (since I'm on win7 64) but a simple test confirms this bug also occurs in the 32 bit version.
