CTRL-ALT-D macro works in win7, won't work in win10

I'm using the notepad replacement Notepadex.

CTRL-ALT-D macro works in win7 OE notepad, wordpad, open office,etc, works in same in win10 except for Notepadex .

What is different in win10 that is dis-allowing this?

Any thoughts?
