Read Filename.lng for language file.

Ex:

NotePadEx.exe NotePadEx.lng --> read the language file English to Local language.

NotePadEx_X64.exe NotePadEx_X64.lng --> read the language file English to Local language.

NotePadEx.lng File = xxxx Edit = xxxx Format = xxxx ....
