[Feature Request] v-button no-prefetch when using nuxt as nuxt-link

Problem to solve

There is no such attribute for now. And each link will prefetch its js files and cause slower page load influences.

Proposed solution

Add a no-prefetch attribute to v-button and makes it like nuxt-link.
