[Feature Request] Floating bottom navigation bar

Problem to solve

Currently bottom navbar is sticking to bottom and the width is 100%

Proposed solution

Add customization to width/max-width and option like if floating then it not touch the bottom and when its floating it will be bottom centered not got stick to left bottom
