Collapse by default

What problem does this feature solve?

When working with app with a lot of data it can be cumbersome to scroll through and find what I'm looking for. This is made worse by the fact that some properties are expanded by default.

It would be great if we had the option to have all properties collapsed by default.

I have the same "issue" would be nice with a close all / open all tab
