⚙️ Update `mpy-cross` to the latest version

Currently, some pre-built version for mpy-cross is used. But it's somewhat outdated and leads to issues.

  1. Newer language features are unsupported image
  2. Newer architectures (i.e. rv32imc) are unsupported image
