In Soft Wraps mode use VisualPosition not LogicalPosition for preserving caret column with line seletions

With soft wraps mode restoring the column using LogicalPosition makes the caret freeze on one line.

Disabling restoring column is a quick fix. Using VisualPosition when soft wraps are enabled would be the right fix.
