Issue

Vicuna does not check source register validity before accepting instructions. This will lead to wrong results (or memory access to wrong addresses).

How to reproduce

You can reproduce this issue by running the cvxif_test_direct_issue_100 test in the UVM environment.

Please note that I had to push another update to spike, so it needs to be built again! Sorry for this, I hope this was the last addition to spike.
