FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: "File resource at 'b'/home/VOT_ceshi/vot2016/sequences/bag/00000001.jpg''"

I already put the dataset under this folder, why is there still error?

It this error coming from the tracker or the toolkit? It is hard to determine this with no stack trace.
