use both ipv4 and ipv6 resolvers

Currently IPv6 addresses are skipped. One can get 60+ additional revolvers from [this list](https://public-dns.info/nameservers.txt) when IPv6 addresses are not skipped.

I'd tried with this tool several times where it gives me a lot of errors. End of the results it says "Finished. Discovered 0 servers". What should I do here...

It would be very nice if there is a release of `dnsvalidator`. This would simplify the process of creating packages for distributions. Thanks in advance.

A license file is needed for distribution packaging.
