VirtualMachine.clone() is missing some things

Storage Controllers seem to be missing slots. Audio controller isn't copied over (is missing from clone). USB is disabled in clone even if it isn't in original. CD/CVD Drive OS Type is not set? Hard drive on SATA in original ends up on IDE on clone
