[FEATURE]: 建议增加未开通模型时的报错提示功能

首次使用填入API步骤时，如果在火山没有开通模型，只把api填入，按下确认按钮会转圈然后卡在那里。我是排查了日志才看到的。如果能在此处识别并提示的话，可能操作上对新手更友好些，谢谢您
