[Bug] canTurnOffReasoning doesn't work

when using openai compatible qwen3-235b-a22b, I have set canTurnOffReasoning true and turn off the thinking

but it still give me reasoning content, it seems void doesn't add /no_think to the prompt

I have the same with ollama. It seems void doesn't use "/set nothink"
