[Bug] Walkthroughs do not work

Walkthroughs don't appear to work at all.

These commands do not work, only the Copilot and GitLens commands are from extensions: Image Image

Disabling walkthroughs removes important in-product support screens, especially speaking on behalf of GitLens.
