[Bug] Terminal incorrectly activates base conda environment instead of target environment on startup

Image When the terminal starts, it appears to activate the conda environment used by my project, but in reality, the base environment remains active (as verified by conda list). Even after manually running conda activate, it still falls back to the base environment.
