[Feature] Support API Keys for LiteLLM

LiteLLM supports creating virtual API keys, which users might require for access. However, the current configuration page for LiteLLM does not have a way to add an API key currently.

I believe using the "OpenAI compatible" provider is a workaround, but this requires configuring models and would not support calculating spending.
