[RFC] build-x86-images: add iwd to the images

~I'd love to have iwd in all images, not just x86*. In my personal experience (on x86_64, aarch64-musl and armv6l) it is much faster and easier to use than wpa_supplicant.~ nvm I misunderstood the script in question, disregard my comment.

Merging this PR would enable the ewd and iwd services by default which we probably don't want. Marking as a draft for now.
