Question regarding routing all data on v.1.2.13 Pre.

Set up VNT on Debian with vnt `-i 0.0.0.0/0,phone_ip`, and on the phone, set `out-ip` to `0.0.0.0/0`. The principle is the same as subnet proxy.

Thanks for the reply. However, based on my testing, simply adding .header("Expect", "100-continue") does not solve the problem. The gateway still rejects the request.
