希望能自定义导出时的页眉页脚

Describe the solution you'd like 现在Markdown导出为PDF时，可以支持渲染样式和语法样式，这个非常好，非常赞。但是如果能支持自定义页眉页脚，那就更赞了，也不需要太复杂，页眉通常都是放一些文档logo、通用标题，页脚通常都放页码或者注意事项版权声明什么的。如果能支持定义页眉页脚的文本内容的样式，那就更好了。

不太喜欢wkhtmltopdf，不太好用，问题多多，比如加了--encoding 'UTF-8' 之后仍然不支持emoji表情符号等等。但是有一说一，wkhtmltopdf导出的PDF比vnote导出的PDF小的多，虽然这不是一个很大的问题，但是如果能优化，那当然是最好的了。
