Explore use of CHANGELOG Generators in CICD

What is the feature request? What problem does it solve? Currently, most of the projects are not released with a CHANGELOG, which makes it difficult to know what changes were released in a certain time period. In order to have greater visibility of what has changed, and when, it could be a good idea to explore and possibly adopt the use of Release Notes/CHANGELOG generators.

Suggested solution A possible solution could be the use of a project like semantic-release or other similar software.
