vdk-core: create one-pager for ingestion into multiple databases of the same type

Overview

VDK should be able to ingest data into multiple database of the same type. For example, users should be able to pull data from an api, process it and send different parts of it to different Oracle instances in one data job. This can possibly happen in one and the same step.

Acceptance criteria

1. Create one-pager for implementing ingestion into multiple databases of the same type
2. Review one-pager with team + stakeholders
