Updating the allbegray.slack-api dependency to the official Slack Java SDK - com.slack.api

PR to fix the issue: https://github.com/vmware/mangle/issues/102

Creating this PR as a feature enhancement to the above issue. The change is to update the slackclient being used from old (allbegray.slack-api) to the latest Slack SDK officially supported by Slack - com.slack.api
