Cannot fetch Asset by name if the name contain dot

Eg. If the name like abc.efg then call api/v1/assets/name/abc.efg will not get the asset.

This is caused by the springboot default setting

a temper solution will be add a "/" at the end of the URL will do the trick. api/v1/assets/name/abc.efg/
