Hi

Is there any way to get the list of sessions failed for a desktop or RDS host?

Take a look at Get-HVEvent at https://github.com/vmware/PowerCLI-Example-Scripts/blob/ed5b8eaf5e725fad479bf1be1d0a46cc0f060c59/Modules/VMware.Hv.Helper/VMware.HV.Helper.psm1#L666. I'm assuming you're talking about Horizon here...
