Addition of clone_mode parameter to instance vapp from catalog

I added one parameter called clone_mode. It will allow to instantiate a vApp with the exact network configuration. This way NIC type and MAC addresses are not reset and you are able to create exact vApps from catalogs.

The motivation is fix the issue is resetting NIC type to flexible and MAC address.
