Unable to connect to the server: x509: certificate has expired or is not yet valid

dispatch system stopped working and shows certificate expired when running "kubectl get pods" . basically i see that kubernetes api is stopped working becasue of certificates expired.

i get this error "Unable to connect to the server: x509: certificate has expired or is not yet valid" .

how to fix this . i found lot of google but none matching to a solution .
