Test multiple exchanges/fanout approach vs single exchange/topics approach in terms of speed and resource consumption.

Any updates on this since the issue was opened @kars7e ? One of our community members in OpenFaaS wrote a rabbitMQ connector and I wondered if you could take a look to see if we're on the right lines? https://github.com/Templum/rabbitmq-connector

It appears to work as expected but I'm not an expert on rabbitMQ.
