Add cksum code

Hopefully this is correct/idiomatic V.

The code itself looks fine. Just missing a couple of pieces to make it fit with the rest of the coreutils.

Take a look at the others to see how they used the common code to set up command-line flags, etc.

We also ask that you modify the README.md file to increase the count of completed tools and add a checkmark for the one you've created.

Oh, wow...I didn't even look at the man page for cksum! I thought it was just like md5sum. My bad. I will look at adding the plethora of command line flags and functionality. Sorry about that.

Since this went stale, I took the liberty of working on this, fixed all issues I found in #129, can close this one.
