this PR updates the overview/Architecture section. Including the following
- removes the
vtworkersection (deprecated) - replace the architecture diagram to match the English version
- adds independent sections
Execution Plans,MoveTables,Query Rewriting,VStream,vtctl,vtctld&VTGate - other small nits & corrections
