Spatial view coordinates flipped.

I got the spatial plot working on an Anndata ->Anndata.zarr dataset but for some reason the resulting plot is flipped on the Y-Axis. A number of things could have gone wrong from the .zarr writer conversion or the spatial view config. Will comment again with more details after the weekend.
