The built-in terminal opens incorrectly

What did you do?

I opened the terminal by clicking the command line button. After that, I received such an invitation to enter:

What did you expect to see?

I expect to see the absence of the error above, the letters next to it in the terminal and, if possible, the ability to change the IDE theme to dark.

What did you see instead?

The opposite of the above (see screenshot)

I have a similar issue, where spaces between text are since upgrade to X38.0 suddenly unreadable close.
