Do not require file to end with line-break

If you forget to end your markdown file with at least 1 newline character, the last line will not show up in the presentation.

Would be cool if mdp could handle this silently, so your last-minute-presentation (how doesn't know them 🙈 ) doesn't fail because of this small character.
