Review simulator specs for model changes and observables

Which of the following does VCell support? If needed, the specifications (biosimulators.json) should be revised.

• [x] SED-ML compute model changes
• [x] SED-ML add/remove/change XML model changes
• [ ] SED-ML set value model changes (used with repeated tasks)
• [x] Observables for parameter values (i.e., parameters set by assignment rules)
• [x] Observables for reaction fluxes
• [ ] Observables for compartment sizes
