PR builds' installers named with incorrect Git commit hashes

The installers built by PR build include two Git commit hashes in their files names:

  1. The hash of the commit of the PR. This is good.
  2. The hash of the commit in the PR's temporary copy of the repo after merging the PR commit into the target branch. This is not useful..

The second commit should be the hash of the target branch.
