Can't use spinbox up/down arrows in last couple of items in controls settings dialog in VR

Settings > Controls... > Settings dialog

Settings > General > Use Virtual keyboard is enabled. When you click on one of the up/down arrows in the last couple of spinboxes the page jumps up and down, and the spinbox value isn't changed. This could be something to do with starting to show the on-tablet keyboard, which causs the dialog to scroll up to make space, but because it isn't used the page scorlls down again.

Also, when Settings > General > Use Virtual keyboard is disabled (so that the on-tablet keyboard is used), you can't edit the last control value at all because it keeps hidden behind the pop-up keyboard.
