Simplifier doesn't simplify Perm expressions

I noticed the simplifier doesn't simplify Perm (PermAdd, PermMul, ...)expressions (other than PermMinus double negation), is there a reason for this?

I don't believe so. The simplifier is in general not exhaustive/complete. Pull requests are welcome :-)
