Updated some links in README.md
The links that were previously were not safe as they were using the http protocol . This PR changes the protocol to 'https' in some links The new URL uses "https://" for a secure connection. This change is a minor improvement that enhances the user experience
Anyone who agrees with this pull request could submit an Approve review to it.
The link to click seems to not be right anymore. According to pypi.org the current website is https://palletsprojects.com/p/click/.
There also seems to be a problem with docopt. Its certificate seems to be wrong - I get a warning in my browser.
Both pypi and the Github page use a non-https link too. Given that the website is text only and there is no input https doesn't seem necessary for me anyway.
Given that you touched those links it would be great if you could fix them in this PR.
