[Enhancement proposal] Tabulations of various types on the ruler With the possibility to set them at various distances

The ruler is to high, uses too much space a half should be enough. Also I am pretty sure that would be really much appreciated by the users the possibility to insert tabulations on the ruler, especially for all those users that use into Npp a lot of tsv (=tab-separated values) files will have huge advantages from tabulations.

IMHO the needed one are:

• [ ] 1. Specific tabulations to left align the text
• [ ] 2. Specific tabulations to right align the text
• [ ] 3. Specific tabulations to center the text
• [ ] 4. Specific decimal tabulations to align numbers (works on text too but it doesn't mater) to align the decimal separator, point or comma or else, depending on the localization.

It should be also good to completely integrate the feature into the View Menu of Npp instead of the plugin menu: it indeed is more logical to find it there.
