Can't browse links from Cygwin on Windows 11

  • [ ] No VimWiki settings in .vimrc besides prerequisites "set nocompatible filetype plugin on syntax on"
  • [ ] default
  • [ ] URLs don't open in the browser on Windows 11 from vimwiki in Cygwin. On Windows 10 they do. I ran :PlugUpdate on both. The same.
