External editor gets lost on Ctrl-c

Description:

When editing a text box with an external editor and issue some time later at another firefox-tab/-window Ctrl-c the editor gets closed and all unsaved changes are lost

Expected behavior:

Either to effectively remapping Ctrl+c to work or that the editor does NOT get closed

...does not help deactivating that key as suggested in Vimperator's help: liberator://help/map#<Nop>
