Macro invoked when recording macro gets saved as repeated

Description:

When recording macro based on an already existing one, in recorded macro existing one gets repeated twice.

Expected behavior:

Saved macro shouldn't have a repetition. At least that's how it works in vim.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a macro in register a that is fne
2. Record a macro in register b: qb@a2q
3. Invoke macro from register b – it results in fnefne2, should be just fne2

This sounds like a clear issue, but an edge case. If you'd like to see this resolved, I encourage you to take a shot at fixing this yourself as this being fixed by anyone else can't be guaranteed. Thanks for understanding.
