For PDF generation, format contact TA_RIGHT aligned, without indents

On my scripts, I use an email address in the contact field. This ends up wrapping with the current contact_style formatting.

It's fixed if I add alignment=TA_RIGHT and remove the leftIndent and rightIndent parameters to the definition of contact_style.
