Describe the bug The PreloadService is showing double / mirror text after "Showing" subsequent times

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Show & Hide PreloadService
  2. Then repeat Show PreloadService

Expected behavior The PreloadService text should not double / mirror

@roysurles Thank you for using BlazorBootstrap. If possible, could you reproduce the issue in the Demos. If not, please share a sample code snippet or a link to a GitHub repository that reproduces the issue with minimal steps.
