Compiler Warning

When compiling a MAUI Blazor Hybrid project I get these two warnings, how can I eliminate them?

Yes, it is possible, unfortunately lately I think that our benefactors and creators of this beautiful project "BlazorBootstrap" are going through a difficult period in keeping it updated to the evolution of the .Net platform. However, I remain confident in those who have already done so much work and I hope that they can soon progress and release new versions that are increasingly surprising.
