[Feature Request] Add support for mconnect

mconnect is a KDE Connect implementation that doesn't require Qt or KDElibs.

thanks for keep me informed MConnect is still in early development cycle, and it don't have the most important feature for indicator-kdeconnect to work, dbus. I'll definitely support mconnect once it have required feature.
