Remember last device in kdeconnect-send

By default no device is selected when sending something via KDE Connect. IMO it would be beneficial for usability to remember the last device.

50fc0d1fd44d7ce5a127c46688a902f9fccd5722 select first item in Contractor dialog, grab send button focuses

remembering last device would require some keyfile or gsettings to save, not yet convinced to have. maybe later if we need more thing to save.
